Retention and Use Period of Personal Information

Unless specified otherwise, all users' personal information will be destroyed immediately upon the fulfillment of the purposes of collection and use of personal information. But, if retention of personal information is required by any related laws, the Company may retain the information for a specified period of time according to the applicable law.

Procedure and Method for Destroying Personal Information

Unless otherwise specified, all users' personal information will be destroyed immediately upon the fulfillment of the purposes of collection and use of personal information. The procedure and method for destroying personal information are presented below.

Any information provided by members will be transferred to a separate DB (confidential tray for papers) upon the fulfillment of the purposes of its collection and use, and it will be destroyed immediately or within a certain period of time under our policy and other relevant laws and regulations (refer to the retention and use period).
Personal information moved to a separate DB will not be used for any purposes other than the purposes for which it was collected, unless required otherwise, by law.

Disclosure of Personal Information

In principle, the Company does not disclose users' personal information to third parties other than in the manner described below.

User and Legal Guardian Rights and Options to Exercise the Rights

User and legal guardians can request for the review or update of personal information and the cancellation of membership for themselves or children under the age of 14.
To review and modify the personal information of a user or a child under the age of 14, click "Edit Personal Information" (or Edit Member Information). To withdraw from membership, click "Membership Withdrawal." An identity verification process is required to view, modify or withdraw membership. Alternatively, email us at ***@***.com and we will take care of your request immediately.
Until your request for the correction of an error in the personal information is fulfilled, your personal information will not be used or shared. If, by any chance, incorrect information is used or shared with a third party, we will immediately inform the party to correct the information.
Any personal information deleted or cancelled by the user will be processed as set out in "Retention and Use Period of Personal Information Collected by ***" hereof and will not be used for any purposes other than as described herein.
